How long have you been playing football?

“I have been playing football for one year.”

What other sports do you play at FHC?

“I play varsity soccer and varsity hockey.”

What is your best memory from your time playing football?

“Probably the team going to the state finals in the first year I was a part of the program; that was pretty cool to see.”

What are the strengths of this year’s team?

“We have a lot of very good talented pieces all up and down the senior and junior class.”

What are your individual goals for this season?

“To win the best kicker in the nation award.”

Do you have any superstitions associated with your games?

“No, not for football. I just go out there and whack the ball as hard as I can.”

What is your favorite class this year and why?

“I love AP World History because of all of the fun and interesting stories Mr. Anderson tells; he’s very fun.”

Olivia Oorbeck is a senior on the FHC Sports Report. She is excited about entering her second and final year on the staff. This year, she received the title of editor-in-chief alongside Lily Ohlman. Olivia was a competitive swimmer for eleven years but is part of the ski and water polo teams here at FHC. Her favorite things to do in her free time are art, makeup, or reading. She is an avid sports fan and loves learning new things about different sports. When she graduates, she hopes to go into aviation or aeronautical engineering. Although she doesn't plan on going into any form of journalism, she has a passion for writing and the experiences that come along with it.
