What is your favorite part of being on the team? 

“My favorite part of being on the team is the relationships I’ve built throughout the season. Volleyball has given me a family: some of my closest friends are from volleyball.”

What is your inspiration for this sport?

“My inspiration for playing volleyball is my family and my team.  They’ve always been a shoulder to lean on and are constantly pushing me to be a better version of myself.”

Who has influenced your volleyball career the most and why?

“My oldest brother [Christian] has influenced my volleyball career the most. He showed me that if you love something enough, you can make it your whole life and even your future. No matter what anyone says, you are your only competition.”

What is something about you and your sport that no one else knows?

“Volleyball has become my whole life. It is an escape from reality and something I base my happiness off of.”

What is something you’re most proud of?

“I’m most proud of my growth. Not only as an athlete, but as a person. Not only have I grown skill-wise and have become a stronger player, but, I’ve found myself as a person while playing.”
