Boys JV golf loses in a competitive match to Byron Center 182-156
More stories from Levi McKenzie
The boys JV golf team lost an incredibly close match to Byron Center on Monday. FHC finished with a score of 182, with every player shooting in the 40s. The problem came with the number one player from Byron firing off an astounding 34, solidifying a win for them.
Byron shot a 156 to FHC’s 182 behind some great performances all around by both squads.

Unfortunately for the boys, they didn’t have enough left in the tank to outlast a talented Byron team.
To wrap up the season, the Rangers will host the Forest Hills Northern Huskies on Wednesday, May 26. Ending off the season with a win against a rival school is just what they need to finish off a spectacular season.
