What is your favorite soccer memory?
“It’s not a specific memory but more so just growing up with the sport and the people I’ve met. This past season in the club I got put on a U-19 team, which is two years over my age group, and now I think of them as like older sisters and mentors to me and it’s so cool that the love of a sport can bring people together like that.”
How does soccer affect you?
“For me, it’s sort of my outlet. My emotions transfer directly to playing so regardless of if I’m happy or sad, I just take that and push myself harder, and it’s a great way to blow off steam.”
What’s the hardest thing about being a soccer player?
“Emotions a lot of the time. I can get really worked up during a game and sometimes I have to tell myself I need to calm down and remember that I play soccer because I love it and there’s nothing to stress about.”
What’s your favorite song to listen to before the games?
“’Everyday by A$AP ROCKY.’”
