Boys JV golf takes a win over Greenville behind a great performance from Brett Comiskey

The boys JV golf team took home a huge win last night against the Greenville Yellow Jackets by a score of 169-220. Freshman Brett Comiskey shot a 39 through 9 holes and has shown up this year in tremendous fashion as an underclassman with crazy potential.
“I’ve been working hard to improve my skills recently; my hard work is starting to pay off, showing with my scores constantly decreasing,” Brett said. “All aspects of my game are coming together, and with this, my aspiration is to play on the varsity team next year.”
Heading into the season’s home stretch, the boys will be up against Northview on May 19 and then head out to an invite at Cedar Chase Golf Club on May 20. Next week, FHC will face Byron Center on May 24 and will end off the season at home against rival Forest Hills Northern on May 26.
Head coach Bill Alexander hopes to finish this season on an incredible six-match win streak along with some high finishes at the Mona Shores JV Invitational and the invite at Cedar Chase Golf Club.
