Who is the biggest influence in your athletic career?
“The biggest influence on my athletic career is my coaches, both past and present. They all have pushed me to my fullest potential, whether it was easy or not. They have been there for me when I am having a bad day, and can’t do anything, but there also there when I succeed in celebrating with me. They are there when I get on the equipment, and they are the first thing I see when I get off, always supporting me threw how ever well my routine went.”

Do you have any superstitions associated with your games?
“One superstition in my routines is that when I am standing there waiting to compete, I turn away from the judges and take a deep breath to calm myself, then I continue with that event. Another one is before competitions, I drive with some of my teammates, we all sing our hearts out the whole way there (it helps to focus on something other than the meet). ”
Who is your favorite professional athlete?
“My favorite professional athlete is Kerri Strug because of her determination and perseverance, especially her iconic performance at the 1996 Olympics that showed incredible strength and dedication to her team.”
