“I’ve been playing tennis since I was 7.”

“I also play Hockey and Golf for the school.”
What is your best memory from your time playing tennis?
“My best memory is winning states last year with Joseph Song.”
Who is the biggest influence in your athletic career and why?
“The biggest influence in my career is probably the lack of success I had at states and regionals as a freshman and sophomore. Both years, I came into states as the 4 seed and failed to make it past the quarterfinals.”
What music do you listen to to get fired up for games?
“I listen to a lot of Future before matches.”
What is your favorite class this year and why?
“My favorite class this year is AP Lit.”
What are your individual goals for this season?
“My individual goals are to win 100 matches in my high school career. I think I need like 17-20 more.”
What are the strengths of this year’s team?
“The strengths are our older returning upperclassmen at both 1 and 2 doubles. ¾ of the top 4 doubles players were all state and state champion, and the remaining player, James Notarnicola, made it to the state final of his flight (3 doubles) last year.”
