“This is my first year playing field hockey, and Liz(Elizabeth Ptak) talked me into playing. I’m glad she did.”

“I think our season has been going great for both JV and varsity.”

What are three fun facts about you?

“I speak Chinese, my favorite subject is math, and I love seafood.”

What is your favorite part of being on the team?

“I love being on the team. Everyone is super nice, and it’s fun to play with them.”

Who is your favorite professional athlete, and why?

“My favorite athlete is Russell Wilson because he is very inspirational.”

Do you have a quote that inspires you?

“A quote that inspires me is, “you are not a mistake”(Psalm 139:15-16).”

What music do you listen to before a game or event?

“I like to listen to my “get it” playlist before a game. It ranges from pop to country music.”

What’s one thing you won’t miss when you graduate, and what is something you will miss?

“I will not miss having six classes every day, but I will miss having school sports and events.”

What made you want to start playing this sport?

“I started playing this sport because of Liz(Elizabeth Ptak). I needed a fall sport that could keep me in shape.”
