The seventh week of the NFL just wrapped up. Many exciting games took place last week, and they generated a lot of fantasy points.
#5 Jonathan Taylor (34.2): Another appearance on this list for Colts running back Jonathon Taylor. The Colts have been playing great football recently, so well that they have the best record in the league. Jonathan Taylor has been very consistent so far this season, and he has racked up loads of fantasy points. Taylor rushed for 94 yards on 11 attempts and had 3 rushing touchdowns. Taylor has proved himself to be consistent and one of the best running backs in the league.
#4. Jahmyr Gibbs (36.8): Jahmyr Gibbs had a great game on Monday night against the Buccaneers. Jahmyr Gibbs had a 78-yard touchdown, recording a top speed of 23.23 mph. Gibbs accounted for 136 rushing yards on 17 touches with 2 touchdowns on the ground. Through the air, Gibbs had 3 catches for 82 yards. Expect to see Jahmyr Gibbs go off for more games like this in the future.
#3. Ja’Marr Chase (38.1): With the Bengals new acquisition of Joe Flacco, Ja’Marr bounced back from the disappointing prior weeks with quarterback Jake Browning. On Thursday night, Chase had 16 receptions for 161 yards and a touchdown to go along with it. These are the opposite numbers of his last few weeks with Jake Browning at quarterback, who was benched for Joe Flacco.
#2. Christian McCaffrey (39.1): Christian McCaffrey has played great so far this season as a result of many injuries on the offensive side of the ball, including Brock Purdy. The 49ers also lost wide receiver Deebo Samuel, who was a key factor in the offense. McCaffrey had 129 rushing yards on 24 attempts with 2 rushing touchdowns. Through the air, McCaffrey accounted for 72 receiving yards on 7 receptions. McCaffrey is the best-ranked running back when it comes to fantasy football. He is averaging 26.7 points throughout the season, and the only thing that could stop him is an injury.
#1. Bo Nix (39.96): Bo Nix deserved this number one spot as he played outstandingly in the Broncos comeback win against the Giants. Nix led the Broncos to score 33 4th quarter points and come back from a 19-point deficit. Nix completed 27 of 50 pass attempts for 279 yards and two touchdown passes. On the ground, Nix had five carries for 48 yards. When Bo Nix plays his best, like he did on Sunday, he can be an elite quarterback who can rack up fantasy points.
