How long have you been playing?
“I have been playing volleyball since the beginning of my seventh-grade year.”
What other sports do you play at FHC?
“Along with volleyball, I also participate in varsity for both basketball and soccer.”
What is your best memory from your time playing?
“My favorite memory of volleyball that I can recall is from seventh grade, when I served my club team to victory in a close third-set game, despite being down 10-14.”
What are the strengths of this year’s team?
“The strengths of this year’s team would include our offense. We are fortunate to have great athletes as our hitters, who know how to place and hit the ball hard.”
What are your individual goals for this season?
“My individual goal for this season is to reach 1000 assists by the end of the season.”
Who is the biggest influence in your athletic career and why?
“My biggest influence in my athletic career would have to be my dad. Although sometimes I find it annoying, regardless of how good a game I have, my dad always has strong and effective advice to give me.”
What music do you listen to to get fired up for games?
“I listen to some good country music, specifically “Heartache Medication” by Jon Pardi.”
Who is your favorite professional athlete?
“My favorite professional athlete would have to be either Bergen Reilly or Harper Murray on the Nebraska volleyball team.”
