How long have you been swimming?

“I have been swimming for my whole life but I first started competitive swimming at around five.”

How has this sport impacted your life?

“This sport has greatly impacted my life because it’s my biggest hobby and takes a lot of hard work and effort to improve.”

Who is your favorite professional athlete and why?

“My favorite professional athlete would have to be Caeleb Dressel. For me, he’s a role model and since I have always wanted to make the Olympics for swimming he represents some of my goals for this sport long term.”

What is your favorite memory from swimming?

“My favorite memory from swimming would have to be the 4×50 middle school free relay against Byron Center a year ago. My best competition in the conference at the time Brady Beauch was the last leg of the relay along with me. When the 3rd leg of the relay came to the wall our team was behind and it was up to me to win. I ended up barely out touching him at the wall and went a 23.90 my first time under 24 seconds in the 50 ever at the time. ”
