What does it mean to you to be one of two senior captains for Rangerball?

“It is one of the highest honors I could receive. Looking back on former captains of Rangerball, it means a lot to me to be in the same company as them.”

How have your teammates and peers pushed you over the years?

“They’ve pushed me to work harder, whether it’s going in early mornings to shoot, watching extra film against an opponent, or just pushing me in every practice to be the best player possible.”

What is one thing you love about practice?

“I love the fact that you know what is ahead of you every day. Every practice is a grind and a time to get better as one, which is important for the future success of the team.”

Have you been pleased with your performance so far?

“I have, for the most part, been pleased since the team has seen a decent amount of success. I love when I get matched against the other team’s best player and have to shadow him the whole game.”

Do you have a particular goal for your final season?

“Although we might not have started the season as we planned, I think it is still possible to make a run come March. Winning districts is the start of that, so I am working every day towards winning districts.”
