“Ever since eighth grade year.”
What other sports do you play at FHC?
“I also play varsity football and rugby.”
What is your best memory from your time playing?
“My best memory of wrestling is the Dunneback Tournament in my sophomore year. They just pulled me to the varsity lineup the day before, and I remember having a pretty good day. It was a cool experience for my first time on varsity.”
What are the strengths of this year’s team?
“Our strength this year is our aggression on the mat and the depth of our weight classes.”
What are your individual goals for this year’s season?
“I want to make regionals.”
Who is the biggest influence in your athletic career and why?
“My dad is a big influence because he is always pushing me to keep going 100%. Also, my friends and teammates. When I watch them succeed, it motivates me to do well.”
Who is your favorite professional athlete and why?
“Amon Ra St. Brown because he plays for Detroit, and he’s a dawg.”
What is your favorite class this year and why?
“My favorite class is Forensic Science because it’s very interesting.”
